A solution for modern radiology
ProXima C is a universal digital radiography system with fully modular stand design configurable for any radiography need. The heart of ProXima C is an extremely light overhead tube stand having vertical run of 150/180 cm and touch screen display for the control of all movements and exam settings. All system components are seamlessly integrated and support advanced functionality such as auto-positioning and long anatomy imaging (stitching).

Characteristics
Tube side touch screen console allowing:
- Image preview
- Generator controls
- Worklist controls
- Collimation controls
- Stand positioning controls

ProXima C can be configured with different table and vertical stand models, according to customer needs
TABLE
- No table configuration
- 4-ways floating table
- 6-ways floating table
- 6-ways floating table, OPEN type for superior performances
- Table on wheels, stretcherVERTICAL STAND
- Vertical stand with motorized and manual run
- Vertical tilting stand, motorized and manual
Auto positioning, auto tracking and keeping of focal distance
ProXima C can automatically position itself according to the exam and the projection to make. The automatic positioning control can be activated from the console or from a dedicated remote control or from the tube side console. Positions are pre-set however they can be also programmed by the users.
X-ray tube and digital flat panel detectors are kept automatically aligned for faster and more correct exam execution. Automatic alignment is always maintained also for oblique projections. At the same time, selected SID is automatically maintained also during table elevation. Once the exam, the patient size and the SID are selected, the collimator is automatically set.
Dynamic touch
Ceiling automatic movements are activated via sensors installed inside the handler, for an operator’s effortless experience.
Stitching
With the optional stitching package, it is possible to acquire full-spine and full-leg images. Images are acquired through a fully automatic and combined movement of tube and detector. The series of 2,3 or 4 images are then automatically stitched into one single image by the processing software. Stitching procedure is quite fast to minimize any patient’s movement. A wheeled patient stabilization tool with radio-opaque ruler is supplied as well. Stitching can be done also on the patient table (series of two images).

XIP® processing
Image quality
Optimal image with just three parameters.
The XIP® algorithm automatically optimizes acquired images based on exam type and anatomical region. The software enhances the content details in both high attenuation image areas (shoulders, abdomen) and low attenuation images areas (lungs, cavities).
Connectivity
The Avanse DR software includes a full dicom package which is compatible with any RIS, PACS or Dicom Priter.
The daily worklist is automatically downloaded from the RIS. The avanse DR software automatically sets all parameters for the selected patient. Once the study is completed, it can be sent to any PACS or DICOM Printer.
